Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if the product is delivered damaged or in the wrong color or size. Exchanges are not available for any other reason.
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us at info@maxeyfisherse.com within 14 days of receiving your order with prove of damaged item or delivery of wrong item. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Procedure
If your exchange request is approved, the buyer must ship the item they wish to exchange to the following address:
7650 W Courtney Campbell Causeway, Suite 1100, Tampa, FL, 33607, US.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the buyer will be notified, and the replacement product will be shipped.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All purchases are final. Products are hand-stitched and produced on demand, which is why refunds cannot be accommodated.
